My Top 3 Dog-Friendly Places in St. Louis

Spring is doing its best to make an early entrance, with warmer temperatures and confused blooming plants. Though I’m in no way an outdoorsy person, I’ve been loving these warmer temperatures and trying to spend a little more time outside. I’m not the only one at my house happy to see winter coming to an end, the dogs are ecstatic too. Trips to go potty have gotten quite a bit longer and I basically have to drag them back inside. They also seem more eager to go on car rides so I’ve decided to make an effort to start hanging out at more dog-friendly places. (more…)

3 Podcasts Every Millennial Should be Listening To

Maybe I’m a little behind, but it seems like podcasts are all the rage right now. I realize they’ve been around for quite some time, but it seems as though a large number of people I know have started podcasts within the past year or so. I must admit, overall I wasn’t all that impressed with the commercials this year. There were a few that were notably better than the rest, and some that were just downright awful. I thought I’d put together a list of what I thought were the best and worst commercials from Super Bowl 2017. (more…)

3 Tips to Make a Day at Home More Productive

Like most millennials, I work all day and then just want to come home and crawl in bed. This leads to a back up of household chores and adulting to be done. Whether it’s the weekend or a much needed day off work, I look forward to any day I get to spend at home and I typically don’t want to spend it being responsible. However, my avoidant behavior does nothing for the laundry climbing the wall, so I try my best to be sure I have productive days when I’m home. My theory is that if I can get everything done, I can sit around and do nothing; so I stick to some guidelines to make my days at home more productive. Since you all are my online besties, I want to share my tips with all of you: (more…)
