Are any of you familiar with the saying “money makes the world go round”? I’m not sure who the originator was, but adulthood has truly been showing me the truth in that statement. With almost EVERYTHING coming at a price these days, money is a necessity for any level of comfort and unfortunately many of us find ourselves in situations where we wish we had more. While some may want more money to buy material things and some may need more for basic needs like shelter and food, one thing for sure is that you must be smart about your money. Hey there Royals! Sorry about my absence last week. As all of you know I have two fur babies that are my pride and joy. My little one, Daisy, randomly fell ill with something her neurologist (yea there are dog neurologists) is calling little white dog shakers syndrome. It has been a really stressful week and as I’m sure you all can imagine VERY expensive. While I am always on the look out for ways to save, this unexpected expense really caught me off guard and I am scouting even harder for ways to save a few pennies. We live in a world dominated by social media and celebrities. You can’t pass through a grocery store checkout line without seeing celebrities draped in the newest designer clothes and handbags. In reality majority of us can’t afford to rock designer from head to toe, but this doesn’t stop us from lusting over luxury goods. Alright royals, it’s time to dive into a discussion about money. I while ago I told you all I wanted to focus on encourage you to live fabulously without spending all your hard earned coins. So far you’ve gotten ideas for inexpensive dates, affordable beauty product suggestions, and a myriad of budget-friendly outfit ideas, but we haven’t explicitly discussed money. Well as of today, that’s changing! There are so many different ways to budget money and in my opinion there is no right way. The weather is trying really hard to break and ever so often we get these gorgeous 60+ degree days. Unfortunately, the days have yet to be consistently warm, so we really have to take advantage of them when we get them. After coming up with 10 inexpensive winter date ideas, I thought it would be fun to come up with some spring date ideas so that when the warm days do come around we aren’t searching for things to do.
